Okoshigane is almost used in cooking these foods. It is a kind of turner, and often called okonomiyaki turner in English.
The okoshigane which we sell has handle covered by wood. The handle makes it easy to use and hard to burn of fingers.
Popular size is 120mm. 150mm one has a much long handle and seems to give an impression that is too big for customers.|
Even though wood is used as a handle, if it is left on a hot iron plate, okoshigane will be hot. Please be careful enough for burns.
