These are a gas type yakitori roasters used by Yakitori shop. All roasters are made in Japan. Roaster brings about the effect close to charcoal fire by placing a stainless steel plate on the gas burner and utilizing the radiant heat of the heated stainless steel plate. Unlike charcoal roaster, fire management is easy, so you can use it for events, school festival freely. There are products for city gas(*) and propane. When ordering please select gas type in the blind menu. (*) 12A, 13A combined use. Gas types like "12A", "13A" or so are based on the Japanese standard. |

Size notation on above does not include gas valve. The gas valve protrudes from the main body by roughly 10 cm or so. Please refer to it when considering the installation location. The roaster has no automatic ignition mechanism. Please prepare another ignition tool. Two iron bars are attached to the product. If you bake yakitori, please place meat between two iron bars and bake. Please be sure to place the supplied stainless steel plate on the burner. If you do not put a plate, the yakitori can not be burned well. Please put water in drawer of roaster. Please frequently change the water when burning the oil-rich food such as the bird's skin. Otherwise, oil accumulated on the water may fire. At use, a lot of smoke comes out. For indoor use please use in a well ventilated environment close to the window. |
