お取引に際して、お支払方法は代引運送または銀行振込、クレジットカードにてお願いいたします。
ご注文は、商品ページにある「カートに入れる」をクリックし、ページの指示にしたがってお支払方法、お名前、ご住所等を記入して、お申し込みください。
ご注文後、まずご注文確認メールが自動返信され、さらに弊社担当が確認後、受注確認メールが送信されます。（Faxでのご注文の場合は、Faxで受注確認のお知らせを送付いたします）これらのメールや文書には、商品名とお支払のお見積明細が記載されます。
商品は、お客様のご注文後、2〜3日から最長２週間ほどでお手元にお届けいたします。
商品の到着時間帯は、8:00〜12:00、14:00〜16:00、16:00〜18:00、18:00〜20:00、19:00〜21:00のいずれかの時間帯を指定することができます。ご要望があれば「その他備考など」の項目にご記入ください。 電子メールアドレスや電話・FAX番号のご記入が不正確なお申込、こちらからご連絡のつかないお申込につきましては、不正注文の防止の観点からキャンセル扱いとさせていただく場合がございます。電子メールアドレス、電話番号、FAX番号は正確なご記入をお願い申し上げます。 お届先対象地域は、日本国内のみとなっております。 ご記入いただいた個人情報のお取り扱いにつきましては、こちらをご覧ください。ご注文された方は、「個人情報のお取り扱いについて」をご覧になり、内容に同意されたものとさせていただきます。 |

Please pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer, credit card for payment method.

Products will be delivered to you within 2 to 3 days up to a maximum of 2 weeks from the customer's order.

In a case of order with inaccurate e-mail addresses or telephone / fax numbers, there is a case we will treat as cancellation for preventing illegal orders. After you receive your order confirmation email, you will receive Yamato Financial's credit request email. Please access the web page written in e-mail and enter credit card information. Sorry that credit request e-mail is written in Japanese only. Email includes some character strings that have linkage. Please click on the linked string that appears first. Yamato Financial will inform us of completion of payment procedure. After that, Ywe will start for shipping process. In case of ordering by telephone or FAX, you can not use Kuroneko web collect. Please use the payment method other than credit card. For orders for custom order and order made goods, we may limit payment method to bank transfer. In this case, payment by credit card can not be chosen. In addition, if we can not confirm the settlement procedure of Kuroneko webcollect after seven days from ordering, we may treat your order as canceled. |
ご返品について

About Return
